When I load #12493 it gets stuck at R:445 / I:161 unable to update.
I think it's meant for older immigrants from China.
In some places on the south border people cross north and south freely for shopping and services. It would be useful to know if that is the situation in that county and whether the patients came from the south (could still be USA citizens).
