I don't disagree. Listened to a lot of Art Bell and interviews with Malachai Martin. They talk about perfect possession. In one of the interviews Art asks Fr. Martin if any of our leaders are perfectly possessed. I think you can guess his answer.
I also think the mind can fracture when something incredibly evil happens like 9/11.
Both forces (and moar) are in play.
