Nobody is going to go for this but here is the theory…

The BLM riots and movement to defund/abolish local police forces is a defensive move. If the feds were to make mass arrests (one fine day…) they would NEED state and city and local police forces to execute it quickly… which is how they are going to do it. The local bosses can protect their local machines by emasculating and defunding the police keeping them so busy with rising crime it will be difficult to help the federales.
