People are never free from having to find food and water. What is it that people mean when they say "free" and "freedom"? Freedom from someone else making rules and decisions for them. Freedom to choose from various options without someone limiting them. Does freedom exist at all? Are people always required to be on the lookout and responsive to changes in their immediate surroundings for safety and survival reasons? It's a relative concept then, this freedom. One can be relatively more or less free depending on the conditions and situations.
