As with any firm, do your due diligence (if suspect, opensecrets.org is a good indicator of political leanings)
That being said, more D lawyers than R, so look at other things.

One thing that is positive is Facebook is the ONLY defendant (they do NOT appear to be going after Bannon)

IANAL, but I believe once you hook up with one firm, you're stuck with them. Research first.
Somebody somewhere may already be compiling lists of lawfirms suing FB. They're a fat juicy target. If we can find a good, conservative firm in the mix, I'd go with them. Expect all claims to be rolled into one anyway. We might see $1 per as a judgment, but might as well make our legal folks a few bucks while giving MZ a financial migraine.
