People get up in arms over not getting recognition. I remind them Ben Franklin never patented a single "invention" of his. They have no comeback and press harder for that "super special validation/fame" status.
It's narcissism, really. I've seen some of my work in contributions on social media. Those accounts never said "I got this from anon xyz on the board so I wanted to make certain they got credit". Quite frankly, I don't give 2 shits. I contribute what I contribute here as free and open source. No authorship, no claim to ownership, and I don't WANT all that unnecessary attention from random people on the internets. I know what I know. Patriots that are in the know, know (good and bad; all of it). And I'm comfy knowing I've contributed what others were package up nicely for normie consumption.
All good, here. People need to realize they aren't any more important than anyone else. Worded another way, we're all equally important in the overall cause we're fighting for.
