This is indeed a battle of good vs. evil and I am sure this is the reason Q cited Ephesians 6 early on. We cannot stay in the battle day after day without rest and renewing our armor. I personally need to take long regular breaks–from this board and all non-work related online activity. This may mean a week up to a month or two. During these times of renewal I focus on renewing my spirit and dealing with practical matters such as home, finances, etc. When I come back to the "battle," I can catch up on the efforts of other anons and rejoin the battle and relieve them. No soldier is expected to stay on the front lines or even in support roles 24/7 365. It would simply not be a good strategy. Take a break, soldier. Renew.
