Moar on voter fraud possibilities

Colorado.. Denver and Adams county have color coding for sorting Republican/Democrat.

In their video If you are unaffiliated and get two ballots you are suppose to fill out one and return unused ballot instead of destroying at home……the website says the complete opposite, fill out one and return, destroy second… what they up to?
