Now how do we politely/nicely reduce the amount of foreign esp. Chinese ownership of American real estate and businesses?

How do we police the promise to respect intellectual property? I see detection of intellectual property theft as an issue requiring considerable thought.

Technology companies who think their IP has been coopted can contact the gov but smaller companies may have no way to know until it's too late, other than lost sales and lost opportunity.
