Reports of Covid 19 surcharges being tacked onto bills brings up some questions. Of course, business owners are entitled to set their prices at whatever level it takes to sustain them but this isn't just raising prices.

Consider this: " help businesses keep up with the new requirements to reopen under health guidelines."

As these mandates are forced upon them by government and cost the business owners real money to implement, shouldn't the Covid 19 surcharge be tax deductible?
