My analysis (just one anon’s opinion i.e. not always correct) of post 4524:

I will share my analysis for any anons who are scratching their head, digging in their nose and wondering what the hell is going on.

The 1st thing we must do to get a proper understanding is to view the world stage through the perspective that the nations mirror the USA as far as Light vs dark. Just like the USA has an internal war of Light (Patriots) vs darkness (cabaal), so does the rest of the nations. Meaning, when the POTUS criticizes other nations, and for this we can us chy-na as an example, he is not criticizing the whole nation, he is criticizing the cabaal working in that nation. More than likely when Q says “All assets [F][D] deployed,” we can deduce this to mean the cabaal within the other nations, not necessarily the nation itself.
Q post 140 is the key to this understanding of world events. Unless I missed a post that notified us otherwise.

With this lens of perspective, we can conclude that when the POTUS is criticizing chy-na for the kung-flu virus, what he really means is that he is not happy that the cabaal have a stronghold in Wuhan. Via post 4021, Q told us that double agents in chy-na released the kung-flu. With this in mind, it is not hard to imagine that they (cabaal) have a stronghold in Wuhan, so just like if it was a demonrat controlled city in the USA, they (cabaal) were able to release the virus, and allow flights to leave to the rest of the world, before Xi had awareness of the situation. Once Xi had awareness, it was too late. Meaning, it is easy to jump on the hate chi-na, hate the commies bandwagon, but I suggest it is more prudent to listen closely to what POTUS is saying and to follow what Q says.

Fast forward to post 4524. We got the 11.3 marker via POTUS twitcher on 6/1/2020, so this tells us that the marker has already been set. Q post 4524 references the marker, we can deduce that it is in reference to post 34 concerning the announcement.

With this in perspective, we can speculate that “[D] + chy-na = 11.3” is 1 of 2 things, either the Patriots in chy-na gave US a heads up about the fake ballots, or the Patriots in chy-na set the bait with the fake ballots. Either way, it sounds like they are caught, and it adds to the list of criminal, lawless, treasonous, insurrectionous activities that the demon party has partaken in.
