I get the Xi announcement about opening up the markets etc. However the Chongquin article is from 4/9/2014. Maybe I’m being obtuse here but other than providing context what does it have to do with the earlier Q post? I, maybe erroneously, though the Chongquin / Tuesday implied a Tuesday happening in Chongquin and not a retrospective post of an article referencing Chongquin.

There might be more to come.
