In researching MH370 disappearance, there is a lot of evidence that it may have been switched for MH17. Similar to the Titanic / Olympia theory. MH17 and MH370 had one different window on the side, otherwise the planes were identical. MH17 flight originated in Netherlands, but was supposedly cancelled. The night before, another 'unknown' big jet was intercepted by the Dutch. The theory goes that MH370 was passed off as MH17 and then blown out of the sky to hide the evidence. MH17 was disposed of in a more convenient location, and parts of it scattered to surface later as MH370 debris.
