SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN EYES ON

Liberal groups are talking about safe-houses being shut down and viable safe-homes being scarce. Many are moving to camping. Can other cities verify? May be influx of people, may be clamping down of their infrastructure - can't tell from where I'm at
