Not always. Some stores have a sensor near the checkout/under the counter so when an item is scanned it is desensitized.

Have you ever bought something and they rub/wave the item on/over a pad attached to the counter?

Seems like some anons here believe Victoria’s Secret utilizes the same tracking technology the NSA may or may not have and/or they are implying the NSA is tracking boobs.

Cannot tell which one they are going after.

What’s your point?

Yes, RFID is used for inventory control and tracking in a store, not tracking people at their homes.

My post is in response to those who think it’s used to track boobs around the world, if you read the bread you’ll see the link I shared: https://www.launchmetrics.com/resources/blog/rfid-technology-5-ways-fashion-brands-are-using-it

(You) obviously didn’t understand the context of the post or discussions we had here.

Other anons posted similar regarding this and even your sauce states “RFID technology uses tiny chips to communicate with detectors up to 20ft away.”

So yes, we are on the same page, RFID is not independently tracking boobs around the world.

Why the need to be ignorant and call others naive simply because you don’t understand the context of a post?
