I hear you, anon. A few weeks ago, I had a need to visit the UPS Store in my area, so I called in advance to find out what their precautions were; I was not going to wear a mask, but wanted to know whether the store was providing curbside service; the owner told me just social distancing. So I went in, no mask. No other customers were in the store, owner had no mask, either, though he was behind a counter with plexiglass shielding. So social distancing wasn't an issue. Regardless, the owner warned me that next time I had to wear a mask, b/c it's the law. I could've swallowed my pride and let it go, but I corrected him to say it's not a law but the governor's advisory (which it is in this deep blue state with a RINO governor). That flustered him and he then gave a feeble excuse that the cameras in the store showing my not wearing a mask could get him reprimanded by UPS. I continued to respectfully make my case, he got further agitated and told me never to come back. That provoked me, I told him to F-off, at which point he refused to process my shipment and followed me out of the store. This crap could all end today if everyone just stood up and said "No more!" But there are so many sheep, especially a lot of these business owners who would just rather go along to get along (the state threatens to pull their licenses/permits) instead of standing up and fighting back.
