Sick. Evil.
>Supreme Court says CFPB's leadership structure is unconstitutional
This is a red herring. It's their FUNDING STRUCTURE that is unconstitutional. They are funded by the FED, not congress, putting them outside of the constitutional requirements for funding by the Legislative and management by the Executive.
We have an Executive Branch agency that is now largely controlled by unaccountable bankers, financed privately, has no meaningful oversight and has vast powers over commerce. What could go wrong?
This just nibbles on the fraying edges of this monster, we need to take big bites to take it down.
