Yes, I'm very skeptical about CJ Roberts and suspect his adopted kids are used as leverage against him. However, I think the other two rulings are clear messages [especially federal death penalty]. Abortion/Eugenics makes me ill, but the LA statute was not where we make our stand; abortions would have continued even if the law were upheld.
I sense Q will be chiming in on this, shortly.
