People complaining about how awful the media are have a point - so what do?
REPLACE THEM
Instead of just complaining, take action and make or write something BETTER.
We don't have to wait until some pre-determined time, there are many alternative sites available to submit to, and hell, even submit to the big ones (we have stronk friends waiting for us to submit our content)! It certainly can't hurt to get going write now.

Meme on right is excellent. SUGGESTION: change your to 'our'
It's easier for people to accept something if it comes from within their own peer group, so saying "our" instantly appears that it's coming from someone they identify with and already embrace as their own. "Our" is a powerful word.
