I was randomly digging tonight, and came across David Plouffe's profile - and this Q question from (well, technically) yesterday came to mind:

Despite being a rabid leftist, he's also one of those guys with a LONG history in DC and Silicon Valley - so much so that OpenSecrets included him in their "revolving door" section:

And, wouldn't you know it? Plouffe also works for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

He's followed by Obama on twitter, and has worked closely with dems for a long, long time.

If there's a prime candidate for someone being able to set up these meetings for Zuckerberg, this is a guy with all the right connections to make it happen.
