That seems pretty easy for a military mind to just bypass - multiple redundant comms and with identical orders to different recipients and then collect and see who is subverting the narrative of the identical comms - that is an easy fix.
Q if you cannot figure out how to block and out subversive orders that directly violate presidential orders - You have actually lost my faith - so simple multiple identical comms to multiple people - and the paper trail will show the treason committed.
