WE have been charged to engage in the digital battle not the potential kinetic one. 1st choice is the best for all concerned. The one with the most promise of a future America, as it was intended to be.

Should we have to resort to the last choice, WE here will have failed our mission. It leaves little hope of success without destroying a country that so many have already died for to create and defend NOTE: Should the last choice fail it will have given the enemy justification in the their statements touting "Self rule and self governance of a people is a prelude to chaos. It was a failure!".

I will execute the 1st choice to the best of my ability but have an unwavering resolved to use the last choice if need be.
