I can't remember when I first learned that the reason stuff sucked wasn't becuase there wasn't enough for everyone, it was that the system was broken and always favored the legacy. And for some the legacy is anyone of their 'faith' or 'cult'.
and I understood that often when 'managers' or 'leaders' said they couldn't it was because they didn't want to not that it wasn't a good idea, that they just simpley wouldn't be bothered.
and then there was that period where pepole were hired just to get them to sign non disclosured, and then pickt here brains and fire them before the 90 days.
