Does anybody else think Trump will make the smart move of decriminalizing pot before the election? It would reduce smuggling, crime and the police state, provide employment and taxes, and solve the awkward federal banking problem for the growing cannabis industry as it becomes more legalized on the state levels. The dispensaries in Cal are doing great as businesses, clean, well-run, nice people, great product and prices. Very solid business rn

Cardinal Vigano's letter to President Trump is probably a very important historical document, especially is Trump wins again and the "Pope" Francis faction is removed from power. Francis is like a Soetero, very similar sort of creature.

SCOTUS has not given a fuck about any of that for over 100 years, since the Wilson Admin and more. Also, there's not sauce, because it's not quite accurate. You have to go back to some old books like The Federalist Papers and a book called 1790 to get the info and material, which is challenging. It's a large subject in any case. I dont see at present enough unity among enough states to have a constitutional convention worth its name.

I'm almost ready to say I'm proud of Leo Terrell for thinking like a real lawyer looking at both sides instead of a fucking demoncrat shill like before.

Nobody will NOT vote Trump over that, they CAN'T. But many WILL vote for him for it, as it's been a popular idea for 40 years. Plus, it's good for business, so they will vote for him.

I dont think the govt even SHOULD be able to criminalize anything Americans do, if it doesnt harm any others. It just creates problems, like the alcohol prohibition did. Can you imagine an alcohol prohibiiton in 1800? kek. They had a WAR in the colonies just over an alcohol TAX. kek
