I get messages about covid related school plans for 2020-2021 year
I received info suggesting a shift in class count and combo online/ in person was being planned for fall semester and schedules would come out in July.
New message was nicely worded to talk about how the superintendent has kids of his own and has to figure out how to come to work while caring for them so " I feelz ya" making it clear that start date is what is called into question.
No longer if we do MWF 1 week T TH next? it is now WHEN will it start.
When was a non issue last message it was just how.
Full online? half in person? If half in person how?
Why would a delayed start be an option? Parent anons??? anything? anything? We all now that as soon as kids start back to school we get colds, flu, strep… all kinds of kooties because kids pick their boogars and wipe them or eat them.
Are they gonna make a 4 ( soon to be ) 5 year old wear a mask and try to learn his ABC's?

WW@ was called the greatest Generation, This new generation ( my kids ) are The brightest Generation!
Birth to current they have had access to learn anything they wanted to know ( information era) They were taught 3 things in 15 minutes that included celebration at each learning point. Dora, Blues Clues.
They watched these shows while playing with lincoln logs, Lego toys, farmer in the dell type toys …… and waiting for their food to DING ready from a microwave.
They learned to multi task learning.
We had "Brought to you by the letter A" for a freaking week!
What these kids know today about learning is………. " I don't know how to do that YET"
They don't even know that learning a grand idea is hard!
This is the generation they are trying to stop from going to school or learning!
I don't blame them for trying but Good Fucking LUCK!
