POTUS is definitely chosen by God to do something momentous. POTUS was referring to the fact that "somebody had to take on China [The Global Satanic Cabal]" and POTUS is clearly the only one doing that. So he was definitely chosen. Q calls him the Savior of Mankind. Do we all have a part to play? Some just get more attention for their role than others, but ultimately all are critical pieces of the puzzle? Where does this leave us in terms of Christ's return? Mysterious.
