I feel naked as fuck in these times. I had my rights taken from me by a fucked up set of events and desperately want my rights reinstated. My attorney didnt give a fuck about me, found out is a leftie who hunts and has guns, but thinks others should not. What can an anon do? If i go through the process of getting my record expunged there is a chance the judge will say no. My offense was a pot offense, attorney said since pot related chances of me getting my record expunged is not good. Was 13 yrs ago and all i want is ti be a normal citizen again. I want my rights restored. What can be done?!?

Thank you. That is the plan, there was a lot of fuckery and a LOT of bad shit by DA, My attorney, Judge, exculpatory evidence kept from my defense.. etc. it was really bad.
I plan on fighting it but when you have a drug conviction, even pot, there are some judges in conservative America who just dont give a shit and would rather write you off for life. I believe pot is the stupidest thing to take rights away from someone because of, and most states where it is legal have all but forgiven” for lack of better term, pot convictions. No had someone got hurt or killed, okay.. but not when a “crime” was a non violent offense… its ridiculous. I see people in legal states post up their plants and guns in same picture. So when Occupy Wall Street habbened the news started in on the occupiers. They were always asking who was in charge to which people would say noone. Websites and email lists were created to organize and people would meet up. Noone was really “in charge” but the popular people “charisma/looks” whatever were the ones who stood out and people kinda followed.
One thing that was done by Hussein, and agin the media (remember originally OWS was about going against corruption and the bankers for destroying the economy).. the moment lists of demands were introduced, those demands were comped by demands for free education, free healthcare, etc etc then that changed the entire movement and actually started in-fighting. About that time the”encampments” had lasted long enough they w ere an eye sore and were unhealthy. Cities started to come through and get rid of them.. which displaced the OWS movmebt and eventually it faded into the wood works by media/Hussein admin.. and nothing changed, but a whole lot of people were very awake.
Been saying this now since CHAZ started.. they need to co-opted them, and turn the beast against itself. Either have BLM/Pantifa eat their handlers lunch.. radicalism them to a point they are unmanageable, or co-opt t hem and make them start infighting so they destroy themselves.
Infighting they are weak, become unmanageable then outside law enforcement will be needed to put them down.
One thing OWS had done to it was FBI was watching and trying to find out who was in charge to assassinate a leader t i stop it. Also, there were black sites cops were taking people, sometimes handing out drugs, potentially to get them to go back and have excuse to raid encampments.
The whole thing was an eye opener for me, you saw a government totally destroy a movement (originally) by the people pissed off our government sold us out by bailing out banksters/corrupt people w money they put on the backs of American taxpayers.

They profit off the misery of the person who WANTS to consume cannabis. IF alcohol were to be once again illegal, we would all the sudden get backing for legalization.
