I second this. Maybe what Q meant by no filters may have multiple meanings, but having the habit of filtering someone just cause you disagree with them or just cause they are considered shills creates another echo chamber. Having said that, even if either on this board or halfchan/reddit, whichever site that you're on, if you do end up filtering them, best to do it on your own accord. No need to publicly state who should be filtered and who should not.

I'll be honest with you, I don't tend to post much these days. I've been with this whole movement from day 1. Prior to moving to 8kun, during the period of Patriotsfight/Calm Before The Storm(CBTS) and even earlier on halfchan, the level of shilling was a whole lot more intense. Constant images of people decapitated, pedophiliac images, some hardcore gore…etc.
The whole idea of shills posting up is to demoralise the whole board. These days its not so bad. But if I've learned anything during that period of time is that, just purely filtering them creates an echo chamber, not just here. It translates to IRL as well. Its why many anons end up distancing themselves from ppl in general.
Look, most of us did not grow up under a military discipline. Hell most of us aren't even properly equipped to face a real modern war, but we do understand how the internet works and what freespeech actually means.
I'm not gonna tell you or any other anons to filter or not filter. Thats entirely up to you. But understand that what we do on this board, like it or not translates to actions IRL as well.
The point I'm trying to make is that, we've got to learn to control our emotions. Anger is what [they] want. And [they] will capitalise on that emotion the moment they see an opportunity.
This is a very very difficult period of time for everybody worldwide. Hence why every now and then you have anons posting up not to filter. Its an opportunity to learn to control your emotions and not allow it to get the better of you. This is just my take on this. I do wish you well anon.
