Something is way off with this case
the detective that pinned him for the murders alleges he was just perusing a DNA database and, even though Joseph James DeAngelos DNA was never on file, he was able to key Joseph as a suspect by the similarity in DNA profile from the crime scene and the DNA of Josephs sister that was in a 23andMe type database. Like he was looking through a folder or something.
