My guess is they are bots. They are adding nothing of value to the board. They are off topic.
I do not attempt to determine if the people working for POTUS, are guilty of crimes or are performing their jobs correctly. Remember it's a movie. If the person truly isn't performing the way they need too, or are replaced because their role is over, how are we going to know?
We are only being told what benefits the administration at a point and time. Maybe, after its all over, they will give the how's, what's, where's, and when's.
