what you need to do is meditate silently in a calm place until you silence the call of worry.
every worrying thought tell it to go for now, now is not it's time.
do that to all the thoughts.
then do that to all the words.
try to get to that (wait, that is wrong).
you might not get there, anon, to that place of 'no words' and 'no worries' and only The Word.
to remember it is not really possible, so I am told (how would I know?)
and to know you were 'there'? a place with out words has no 'there' there.
so how do you know?
it's a calm that comes when the worry is gone.
that isn't saying that real things aren't there looming large.
but during that interval, maybe 20 minutes, maybe a couple of hours, none of that should matter.
PS: if you think you feel asleep, that's OK.
the mail part: the worry is bothering you because you are not well enough rested.
