13,400 bureaucrats who mainly work with getting "refugees" into America have just been furloughed. Another stem in the right direction of halting the infiltration of people who do not understand the values that made America great and would undermine those values.

Umm…my memory isn't too good on this either. I believe it was not an EO, but just part of the way the executive branch works. After X amount of time the President can just fire them. I think maybe Reagan used it on the air traffic controls in the 80s when they went on strike?
