Newfag here, long time lurker…. Can someone please explain how to post an image? I've gone through all the Newfag posts and nothing is clear… It's like trying to learn a new language… Someone posted an img a few days ago that clearly said it but I can't find it now and as a Newfag I forgot to save it

Also I use nordvpn, ip I was using was banned on here so I turned off the VPN and selected another ip and I was able to post…. So what's the point of banning?
