their problem is too many people, not enough food, and a religion based on karma..ie if you are poor and sick you deserve it, where as the rich and healthy earned it by being good in their past life.
The also have a culture of screw you and screw thy neighbor as best you can. They view people doing "honest business" as naive or foolish.
No one in humanity, except maybe the quakers have figured out a system where everyone has enough, no one goes without, and no one hordes it all.
i though they had GPS down to the centimeter..which is pretty dang accurate.

Well thanks to Obama anyone moving to Canada and leaving the USA get hit with a wealth tax, and most are not willing to pay that toll. It's so easy to get into Canada and snatch them back. They are going to have go farther north of Yellow Knife to hide.
