Can I join more than one class action suit on the same subject?
The general answer is no, because you can't get a double recovery. If it's a similar damage class action, or claiming the same thing, he can't be in both class actions as a class member. So generally I'd just advise that if you're a class member simply pick the one with the better damage payout.
