A lot of times when police department, and sometimes even just as a general practice:
There are Citizen Commissions (Police Commission) that sit in and provide oversight of Police Activity and Actions.
You and I both know the level of corruption we are talking about here
The Mafia provided more Protection and Service to the Public than the FBI did. Backed by their CIA domestic Criminal Cabal Control the cops for paid the drugs got moved the killings got executed.
The FBI was more for the fringe cases, blackmail and abuses of power and corruption. Russia Gate was really the pinnacle of FBI hubris.
The FBI controlled and manipulated the Law Abiding Citizens, the CIA controlled the criminal empires and we all got screwed.
Can we please take a serious look at developing citizen oversight positions to a) make sure abuse of power is kept in check, b) make sure complaints and cases don't conveniently disappear.
