You research the topic of flooding in China. That is a thing right now because of the Three Gorges Dam maybe about to break. China is a big country and flooding is a typical problem there.
There are tons of videos and web sites that cover the subject. You posted a pic of something, I couldn't tell if it was a video clip or what. If you do that, please just give a link or citation.
Personally, if it's news that more than a day or two old, I wouldn't bother either. It could already be in Notables here.
IMO is interesting to speculate, but we really need to have substantive facts. Analyses is good too, but it needs to have some grounding also. We've all heard a lot of things. Some anons just know more than others because of their life experiences. If yours are adequate to a particular topic, great. Otherwise, just lurk and learn.
