Fine. All lives matter except hers. She can say what she wants ... but so can I.

Jesus armed the Apostles for the second missionary excursion. Then, at Gethsemane, he made certain they were still armed. He never revoked that instruction even though he certainly could have at either the transfiguration or the fish fry at the Sea of Galilee.

It is a grave error to paint Jesus, a brawny, masculine, carpenter by trade, as some wussy wimp at his death. Until about a month before his ministry began, he did heavy work outdoors. (At the time, building a house and furnishing it began with buying a tree and laying an axe and wedge to it.) It was only 3 1/2 years later ... you don't go from a rocking bod to Tiny Tim in 3 1/2 years having walked hundreds of miles in the interim.

I think the sissy view of Jesus is just a projection to excuse mousey men. Jesus was a fit man of action, definite in his words and deeds and deliberate in his compassion.

Another thought is "why would God give people a second life who didn't do much with the first?" That's like a kid asking for a second bike, having mistreated the first.

My view of being a Christian man includes beating the shit out of those who deserve violence in defense of those who don't.

To make it realistic, behind one of the doors is a drug dealer with a shotgun (urban) and a guy with an open bathrobe (suburban).

Of the two, the drug dealer is the more likely to agree to a Bible study. (DAMHIKT)
