Pentagon cites โ€˜no corroborating evidenceโ€™ to support Russian bounty payments to Taliban

โ€˜NO CORROBORATING EVIDENCEโ€™: The Pentagon said late Monday night that while the jury is still out, so far, it has been unable to confirm the explosive allegations that Russia paid the Taliban cash bounties to target and kill U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

โ€œThe Department of Defense continues to evaluate intelligence that Russian GRU operatives were engaged in malign activity against United States and coalition forces in Afghanistan. To date, DOD has no corroborating evidence to validate the recent allegations found in open-source reports,โ€ said chief Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman in a statement issued just before midnight.

โ€œRegardless, we always take the safety and security of our forces in Afghanistan โ€” and around the world โ€” most seriously and therefore continuously adopt measures to prevent harm from potential threats,โ€ Hoffman said.

SPYMASTERS WARN LEAKS HARMFUL: Both CIA Director Gina Haspel and Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe released statements Monday warning that leaking raw intelligence that is still being evaluated hampers the ability of intelligence agencies to do their jobs.

But congressional Republicans who were briefed by administration officials Monday said it appears the information was never highlighted to Trump in his oral briefings. โ€œThe question is: Was it in the briefing book, or was it briefed to him? Because it's two separate things,โ€ said Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of eight Republicans briefed Monday.

โ€œEverything I understand is that the president was not briefed about this. Now, if it was in his book, that's one thing. Maybe he didn't read it โ€” most presidents don't read the entire book every day. They rely on intel to brief them,โ€ Kinzinger added. He said that based on what he heard, the intelligence was not actionable.

โ€œIt shouldn't have been told to the president,โ€ Kinzinger said on CNN. โ€œThat's where you have to make a decision, especially on something as big as Russia. Do you want to present the president with the idea that Russia has put bounties out on U.S. troops if you don't fully know yet and if there's conflicting intelligence, or is it better to gather the rest of that?โ€

Nope.

Being separated from God in life, is to be eternally separated from God in the afterlife.

God is Life.

To be separated from God is to have no Life, to be dead.

And to remain in that condition is to be eternally separated from God in a lake of fire, in the dark, forever.

Called the "second death".

The second you reached your age of accountability, there were enough sins on you to put you into eternal hellfire.

I explained the process to you.

I don't like your chances, no.

But you're still alive, so you can still change your mind about not needing to be saved, and be saved by Jesus, the only means of salvation for humanity.

God knows your sins to the point where he has books written about them. The key in life is to not be at the judgment where those books are opened, and you're on trial for your eternal soul.

Standing condemned already for not believing Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God, who died on a cross and rose eternal from that grave three days later.

You want to show God that you are a good person, and hope for the best?

There are none good but God.

That's an interesting prediction.

It is not a prophecy.

Prophecies are God telling a prophet XYZ, and the prophet telling the people "God said XYZ".

And any mistake, error, uncertainty, or inaccuracy was a death penalty to the prophet.

The belief that God is not in hell, and that nothing of God is in hell, is correct.

The idea that there are not consequences that stem from that, and that Jesus did not explicitly teach about an actual hell for eternal torment/punishment, is just you whistling past the graveyard.

Few find the path that leads to heaven, and is Christ Jesus.

Many are on the broad road that leads to destruction; many ways seem right to a man, but they all end in death.

Telling you to be saved, if you are saved, is a trivial error.

Not telling you how to be saved, knowing without error that you are lost?

That would be a deep sin on my part, and your blood would be on my hands.

If you confess with your mouth, that is to say out loud, that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. All who call on the name of the Lord to be saved, will be saved.
