Not attacking you or anybody, always appreciate notes collected during a ghost bread.
Just trying to figure out how to solve a frequent problem, so we get all the notes listed for each bread.
Bakers usually know to check the dough post to see whether departing baker has left a new pastebin, note takers do not always know.
Looking for ideas that might help.
