Because there are those in this world who love power, they are classic psychopaths and enjoy playing chess with people’s lives. They have no conscience and no remorse. They are not like you or me, they don’t think like you or me. They are evil.
They are masters of manipulation and find a way to pit people against each other. Once they’ve cause the suffering of a people group they now have disaffected people to manipulate while masking their hand in the game.
