satan's (gog) headquarters is in the core of the moon. him and his minions have the technology to go to mars, and they probably did in the past, but there really is not much of a point for them to stay on mars, since the moon is much more convenient.
I do not believe there is any other life besides us and the reptiles (satan and minions). Just one anon's opinion though.
