Not telegraphing your move is similar to keeping your move hidden, which can be done by silence or deception.
Keeping your move hidden is a move by itself.
When POTUS says he won't telegraph his moves to the enemy he technically is telegraphing a move to the enemy, setting a precedent that he may actually telegraph his move to the enemy in the future, which he may or may not actually do.
This is like endless tiers of deception by truth,contradiction and confusion.
Some statements come true, some never become relevant.
The enemy only understands deception by lies. They constantly accuse POTUS of lying. They think he will lose his supporters if they catch him in a lie.
Trump is like an exorcist and has the demons spinning their heads.
Even if Trump has to outright lie that's fine.
