Definitely looks that way… doubt they would have a P8 in the air if there were no surface ships to protect down below.. USS Donald Cook must be on station preparing to launch missiles.
Whoa that's too big of a strike force for launching a few Tomahawk missiles… I was thinking maybe a couple destroyers and frigates not an entire carrier strike group… they are getting the forces in position in case they have to go full invasion!
