The facts are:

 

  1. Rolling Shutter Effect only effects lower end video recording devices such as those found on smart phones. High end video cameras don't suffer from this

 

  1. Rolling Shutter Effect only effects video, and not still cameras.

 

  1. The artifacts created by Rolling Shutter Effect can only seen when the video is played back and NOT with the naked eye while filming the event.
