I can't stop thinking about that phrasing Biden used in regards to debating Trump.
It was too perfect of a phrase.
Well, "too perfect" in the sense that that particular phrase is a common one that people just use and don't really know what it means.
People use specific phrasing all the time when they want to be fake with someone else.

Things like that. I hear people say that stuff to each other all the time.
I can't stand that fake crap. But I have to know about it because I hate it so much.
Hell, I do it too when I have to.
But "hardly wait" I think is one of those. What could he have meant by that, because he knows damn well POTUS would eviscerate him head to head on ANY topic.
He's clearly got foreknowledge about at least some stuff, and "hardly wait" sounds like he has zero intention on actually participating in normal political procedure.
