Remember when fakenews (and Ds) were demanding that Trump use all of his emergency powers to make tests and PPE.
And he refused.
Could it be that they wanted him to use his first, because they wanted cover for using theirs now.
If he had used his, then they wouldn't seem like the tyrants they are now. They could say, 'well, Trump did it first'.
