Seattle Bike Police just showed up in force. Several people being belligerent and unruly.

Seattle mayor and chief of police having press conference at City Hall. Rioters are apparently on the way there now.

Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best: "We don't even know how much trauma people were experiencing because of what was happening in that area."

Doors of City Hall are locked for the press conference. Rioter declares this a violation of his Constitutional rights to not let him be part of the conference.

Seattle Police Chief Best: The mayor's order is in effect for 10 days.
