The fight is over the election, and every vote counts. Not wise to tell mask wearers that it is a waste of time, when their identities are now literally wrapped up in masks. He gets out ahead of the thing by basically saying it's personal choice, depending on circumstance. This anon has not worn one, not even once, and hope to maintain that record. But I would if there was no other way to obtain things that my loved ones need.
