US DoD has used stimulants to enable soldiers to remain awake for longer periods of time and to "enhance courage and bravado".
I wonder if this (or another stimulant) is something that is utilitzed in MKUltra, "lone wolf" school shooters, or otherwise "prescribed" by the corrupt CIA psych professionals
